​You climb down the tree. The water bear is a short distance away, indifferent as usual. You give it a quick pat before going toward the small group.

You approach the small group of people. There are three of them, with rough clothing and primitive firearms. All of them keep their weapons in their hands. You approach them, with one hand up to indicate you mean no harm. The one in front - the leader, you suppose - addresses you in a language you don't understand.
