A fictional famous human wizard that didn’t originate from a book, has magic, is not from a game, cannot change shape, appears in movies, derived from traditional folklore, the magic it knows is possibly called something other than magic, is an illusionist, does actual magic, is not considered the “good guys”, usually considered “bad guys”, is not Merlin, a Jedi, a Sith, the people in Avatar that block powers, Seimei, nor Marasmus, is not from a Western Fantasy, not a type of magician

It may have appeared in anime (as anime almost covers everything), but that's not the origin.
