Almost certainly not.

Yes.
Does is have a well defined and consistent size?
No, its size as defined by that Lebesgue measure previously mentioned can and does change over time and is therefore not consistent, though it is well-defined at any given time.

Um, I guess? If this thing were entirely in your yard then I imagine many kinds of animals would be able to tell something was up, although they might not know what.
