Can it seat over 5 people?

NA.
If it, for example, does not seat people, you should just say "no". If it doesn't seat people, it doesn't seat over 5 people.

Is it used to transport dry goods?

Logical. So the answer to "Can it seat over 5 people?" is no.

Is it used to transport dry goods?

Possibly.

Is it like a shopping trolley?

It is not a shopping trolley. What kind of similarity is the question about?

Is an operator of such object generally referred to as a "driver"?
(As opposed to words like "conductor" or "pilot" or "captain")

Is it a substance? (VS an object or type thereof)

Is an operator of such object generally referred to as a "driver"?
(As opposed to words like "conductor" or "pilot" or "captain")

It's not an object. Do you think the answer is "no" or "NA"?
