It looks like he's relatively young but not known for being handsome. This probably can narrow it down a bit.
We have all this, plus that he's played an antagonistic character in a movie and a single animated character on a non-anime that aired on Adult Swim. And that he doesn't usually have a beard.

By my reckoning, this gives us a really good filter to check any particular target, but no obvious list to trawl through. Movies from 2010-2020 is probably too long, Adult Swim programming is not only long but contains a lot of series with one-off characters that might not even be listed. And if he's only ever played one animated role, it's likely to be something small like that.


So with all that in mind...

Has he acted in a movie released between 2015 and 2020, inclusively?
