If I’m not allowed to go using a company after liquidating my old one, just take the 3 guinea out of the ship contract, thus taking them out of circulation and SSCC will be no more

Imho there's no reason to disallow players from rejoining.  If this were a more competitive zero-sum game or even had an actual end goal, then yeah, rejoining would be unfair.  Even as-is, popping back in with 3 Guineas is a much less strong position than the players who have been selling sand for two dozen turns.

I say let naturegirl play. It's cookie clicker, no need to get torn up about it.

I gave this some thought, considering the whether there should be a cost to "death", whether it makes risk too cheap, whether allowing people to rejoin means we'll never get a winner, and then I decided that this is just a made up game between a bunch of people on the internet and it doesn't need to be all that complicated.

I then forgot to actually post.

NatureGirl, and anyone else who collapses, can simply rejoin if they want. I'll probably do the turn by mid week.
