Payment received and accepted.

Since previous interest payments have been cleared, you are allowed again to suspend payments for up to three months.

As an experiment, I am willing to sell part or all of the loan. For this purpose, I am willing to split it in smaller packets.

2 packets of 1 g, 0.1 g per month of interest at a price of 1g

1 packet of 0.9 g, 0.1 g per month at a price of 1 g


@doomblade: in your assets spoiler, you still show 2 units of copper which I believe you sold a while ago)

Draft a contract, and I'll sign it in the morning.

Of course, the terms of the loan shall remain the same as they were originally, unless agreed by the debtor.
To avoid undue burden on the debtor, I also propose that I would handle the collecting and redistributing, although I would understand if you feel the need to handle that directly.

I am concerned that a company could decline to pay their share of the repair cost, forcing the other shareholders to cover those costs for them.  Currently, we have no recourse for this action.  I would like to propose an additional contract for the Westploration, ensuring that those who are unable or unwilling to pay their fair share of the repair costs forfeit their shares of the ship.


Pay 0.12 Guineas to the families of the deceased crewmen of the Westploration.
