I don't think invaders are subject to physical needs, i.e. hunger/thirst/sleep, whether they be goblins, elves, or humans.
So, no.

That's right, no-one needs to eat or drink except your citizens right now. Even the visitors are content to hang around your fortress for years never eating or drinking.

So, those tags need for all civs except my dwarf civ?

How do you mean?
Visitors from your own dwarf civ also don't need to eat or drink.

You can do whatever you like with mods.
(Except that adding No_eat to dwarves, elves and humans crashes right now unless you remove permitted_job:fish_cleaner from the entity).

Do you know why that is? That seems like a really strange link, and now i'm interested.

Nobody knows why, just started happening in 47.01. One theory is that an overload of fish not being eaten is causing the problem. The addition of civs having positions related to cooking now (that they didn't have before 47.01) may or may not have caused the issue (although, removing these seems to have no effect).

Additional bit of info on that bug is that vanilla goblins manage to have both [no_eat] and [permitted_job:fish_cleaner] without causing a crash because their values of Merriment and Leisure_time are negative. Setting either of those to positive will crash your goblins.

It all kind of makes sense. Kind of...
