Emperor-Count of the County of Cornwall
Cornwall sends 25 grain to Devon.
The Cornish-Devon alliance breaks down with the death of king Primrose.

Just as the war turns in the new Kingdom of Devon's favour, King Primrose fails to take York and is surrounded, undefended, and is slain in battle. Meanwhile, King Randulf is harried to Cambridge as he struggles to hold together his kingdom. Will the (possible only temporary) breakdown of his enemy's alliance give him a reprieve?

Meanwhile Scotland and Ireland continue to unify. When the dust settles in England, the wars won't be over...
