All you need to do is keep ZHOU (capital), QIN and SHU, and then grab 2 out of 3: JIN, SONG, CHU, and you've won the game.

RNG willing, this game might be over as soon as next update.

I must have a fully contiguous state as well.  And I am a bit fragmented and weak at the moment.  All Flazeo needs to do is capture a kingdom state.

That being said, I'm willing to call this a draw.
