With that in mind:

Hey Tric, wanna team up on Wey and Zheng?

I will send 1 man to Wey if you send 1 man to Zheng.  It would give us both something like an ~80% chance each to take those territories.

I only spent one rice to attack, and the other nine investing. The attack was pretty much pointless, but I dont like leaving unspent rice.
