Giuseppina had been more than a little frozen up during the encounter with Isidore -- she had been unable to find the words to speak despite very much wanting to, and instead all she had managed to was clutch her jewelry, opening and closing her mouth shakily as she tried to find places to interject (though she never quite managed to even when she found these places). It was funny... she had considered negotiation actually a potential skill of hers, as her father had educated her in it, but... evidently not, it would seem.

Rattling skeletons, marching down the hall with weapons, really didn't do a lot to bring her out of her terrifiedly nervous panic. Terrifying, horrible magics...

Now she was clutching her axe, though, so at least that was an improvement.

Hmmm... typical ghoul specimen, claws don't seem to be envenomed. A bit stronger than usual from the looks of how badly that hurt. Though, that's probably just because he's just wearing clothes. Wonder how durable it is....

Unfurling a black tome from her robes, she rushed forward and raised her hand at the ghoul, unleashing a tendril of concentrated darkness...

Having had a nasty bump with Baruk a moment ago, Gaspar runs into the doorway to notice that Callimachus is already going towards new danger despite serious bleeding wounds. While the bravery is is appreciable, patience is a greater virtue.

"Callimachus, wait for Baruk! Your wound needs healing!"

Keeping in mind that patience, Gaspar makes sure to slow his steps enough for Baruk to move out of the way this time.
