With his gang getting beaten to a pulp around him, the Starlight Soldiers hemming him in from one direction and the Warriors from the other, Lowell leaps off his horse, clambering to the side of the road to flee.

"Oh, the HELL you will!"

Before Lowell can make it very far, the Boss practically barrels into him, hoisting him up practically over her head and leaping into the air, before smashing the man into the ground like a sack of potatoes, a crunch telling you she probably broke a few bones. The man begins to crawl away, but the Boss slams her boot on top of his (clearly broken) leg, causing him to cry out in pain.

"I still...have....my trump card!"

He reaches for something in his robes, but the Boss is quick, and yanks the thing -a metal contraption of some sort- and crushes it in her hand, the thing sparking with magical energies before fizzling to ash.

The remaining Runners, seeing exactly what the Boss just did to their, well, boss, immediately drop their weapons. At least, the one or two still standing.

"G-get off of me! Get off of me! I swear, I'll leave you alone! I'll leave town! I'll pay you all the money I have! I'll do anything! Please, just let me go!"
"Shouldn't have gone after my sister and my men, assclown. Now, you'll tell me, and everyone, what your plan was, or I swear to the Goddess Dragons, you're going to wish that the only thing I did was break a few bones."

He looked at the sorry rest of what remains of Lowell's posse as he started to relax.

"Too bad, I guess. You lost against the best. Now, I have a little advice for y'all, a bit of a tip... Would you be such gentlemen and kindly"
"PISS OFF BEFORE YOU PISS ME OFF FURTHER!"

Hoping that this would make at least some scurry away, Largo now plants his butt down next to Lowell. He said nothing. Just looking at him.

Similar to Largo, Lastelle lands Bowler next to Lowell. She puts her scythe away and pulls out her crystal tablet. Opening the video function, she points the device at Lowell.

"This night has left me very tired. Don't waste our time any further. Got anything to say to everyone in the city?"

"You heard the man. Scram before I dirty my sword any further with your lowlife blood."

Lucidan glowered at the few remaining thugs.

"She means it! Go home and pretend this is all a bad dream."

The remaining Runners run for their lives. Meanwhile, the Boss whips out a crystal tablet, tapping it and making a quick call for medical services.
"There. We won't be on the hook for murder. Hopefully. Can't have my little sister be tied up in a crime the day before she was supposed to become a cop. Which reminds me. Start talking, Runner."
"Okay, okay! I....I bribed someone to s-spike the drinks at the party! T-the plan was to frame you for Cassius' death, so the Chiefs would wipe you out! Then we'd run the city together, the Chiefs working for us while we wipe out anyone who got in our way!"
"You were using us all along. I see."

"You're a real stupid asshole. Messing with the Warriors?"

Lucy laughed, planting her hands on her hips.

"If you had a single brain cell you would have realized your plan never could have worked! I've seen blobs that are cleverer than you!"

"That's it?  You wasted my study time-"

"For that?  And you seriously thought that would work?"

The fire hovered dangerously closer to Lowell, threatening to set some extremity of his alight.  Before, with a sigh and a wave of her wrist, it flickered out.

"Forget it.  Lucy's right.  There's no point in killing you; you're already clearly braindead."

"At this point, I say we just kick him unconscious, steal his keys and wallet, and leave him for someone else to pick up."

"Well, that's up to the Boss. But I vote we allow Lagata to kick him as much as she likes. She deserves something after having to stay up all night."

"Ah, well, we all deserve something. But... I have to say, it was an opportunity to make some new friends. I'm not a-hundred percent mad. Heck, I wanna gather them all up and whip out one hell of a feast. Gonna make food in amounts the city has yet to witness!"

Largo looked in Lowell's direction again.

"And you can be our guest of honor! You'll get the finest dishes I'd never offer to my regular guests. Like... I don't know... Leftovers? Bones? Fat tissue? Oh, it will be a treat! And you'll get that much until your belly's about to burst, because no guest of mine is gonna leave as long as there's space in their stomach."
"Absolutely. No. Guest. Of. Mine! Zero. Exceptions!"

"Ah, well, we all deserve something. But... I have to say, it was an opportunity to make some new friends. I'm not a-hundred percent mad. Heck, I wanna gather them all up and whip out one hell of a feast. Gonna make food in amounts the city has yet to witness!"
