The red-clad figure doesn't even look remotely bothered as Largo charges at her, with only a subtle twitch and flick of her whip signalling she was even prepared to fight him.
"That's quite alright, dear. We all have our days. Up with you, come on. It's good you're here looking for Annas to fight. A business deal between myself and them went somewhat awry."
"....no. Fine. I'll.....do it."
"You owe me for this big-time, though. I'm so going to get fired for this..."
Anna Jade has joined the party.

Meanwhile, in the background, Evie continues spreading mayhem and chaos in her usual fashion.

With a blush that permeates even through his Toughened Hide and the illusion of steam coming out of his ears, Largo quickly buckles up and sprints forward. That way, he doesn't need to face the woman that is way too salacious for Onis.

In his mind, she already was a worthy rival to Lucy's wordplays.

Alas, no one seems to listen to pleas out innocence, and we've had to fight out way through more than a few. But, that large blue fellow over there-Owyn-can at least testify that he was compulsed by dark magic to attack us. Which we can only hope will help prove our claims that we were set up.

Interestingly, I think the Annas are just attacking based on the urge of their natural capitalistic aggressive tendencies. None of them are shouting about justice, anyway. Or maybe they've heard of a bounty to collect. It would be quite the payday, I'm sure..." Xerxe mulled, giving Anya a watchful look.

Hopefully she didn't interpret it the wrong way. Xerxe only cared about justice, and definitely not about dresses with important central pieces missing. The wind could just blow right in the middle!

Anya studies Xerxe very closely. He can feel....something being drained from the air around him, something ineffable. Whatever it is is being drained, it seems, doesn't seem to quite run out, either.

She taps her chin thoughtfully. Xerxe suddenly feels the draining feeling disappear. Anya looks somehow....healthier than before?
"....well, I can tell a liar from afar. A little trick I have. And I can tell you aren't lying to me about being framed. Well, since I'm here, I might as well accompany you. The Annas will likely want my head to make sure I sign off on their ridiculous contracts, and we seem to be trying to make the same tram anyway. Consider this your job interview."
