Lagata reached to her belt, pulling out one of the vulneraries the others had dumped on her from their supplies.  Raising her other hand, she snapped her fingers, and the thing quickly began to spark and smoke rather threateningly.  Without even glancing down, she applied the smoking medicine in an instant, and the fire from it quickly returned to her eyes.  This cat was mad.

"I will be happy to do the kicking.  That hurt like heck, you know, and you forced me to use perfectly good medicine.  So..."

Lastelle feels dirty putting money into a gashapon, as the intelligent part of her mind understands how anti-consumer the pig-in-a-poke system is. The happy part of her mind, however, is delighted in the suspense of opening the capsule and the surprise of what's inside.

H16, open Vending Machine 2.

"...It's no issue, Nico...I barely felt that last one...I am armored by virtue against the weapons of darkness! ...ugh...the bottles hurt much worse..." Xerxe mentored, swaying on his feet a bit. The spell? It had been a trifling cantrip for him to deal with, and he had redirected most of the energy outwards by the time it hit him, with the help of tormentor. Much better than to allow dark magic strike his allies.

Ah, but the rush of battle...intoxicating...! By his count he beaten at least three foes in the space of a few seconds, compared to Largos single one, not that was keeping score-that would be succumbing to the sin of pride. Of course.

Now, he had to heal...and then back to the fight...he could sense many more dark magic users ahead...and a strong one...how was such a den of sinners to be found here? Perhaps they were the ones behind this attack...he took a deep draught of holy medicine to cleanse his wounds.

Largo, still standing strong despite his wounds, stumbles forward, lightly bumping into the bookie close to him. He winks at him with a grin before pulling out his trusty tome and turning around to the hooligan with the large sack.
