"Invite the Crusader General and his immediate subordinates that are responsible for dictating strategy and tactics.  Do you think there are any other individuals that we should invite?"

One other thing: if possible, it might be nice to have at least one lower officer from the front in the meeting, so that they can attest to the situation there.

"I'll need to invite more than one. I'll go and get SEED to approve a summons for the generals. I'll let you know how many days out it will be. Expect at least one to two, to organize it all." Emma responds, through the medium that is the Captain, who recites her words in a dull monotone.

"Thanks, Emma.  No further communication is necessary at this time, Captain Thornton."

Go eat and try to requisition either nutrient cubes or some other calorie-dense portable food.

You drop by your public house, stepping in through the rubble to find Michael speaking with a construction foreman. He nods to you as you take a seat, finishing his conversation before drifting into the back. He emerges with a bowl of fried potatoes, smothered in gravy and cheese, setting it down in front of you. You eat quickly and quietly, drinking the provided, very diluted vodka. He takes away your dishes when you finish and gives you a silent nod.

You wander through the town at a leisurely pace, returning to your compound. After a brief discussion with a guard, you are taken to a small room being used as a warehouse. On it is a pack of silver foil wrapped nutrient cubes. You take ten, shoving them away in your satchel.

"Two days." Faith states, out of the blue. "It will take Emma two days, but she'll let you know when and where when she gets back tonight.

[19] Live combat is better for training. Why don't we go to the front to 'train'? It's close enough, I would suspect.

...How would you like to do it? Take a hovercraft with troops or fly there yourself?

Take a hovercraft with troops.  We can use the craft to evacuate wounded if needed.

[13] "Emma says to leave some guards back for her, please." The Captain reports, idly, "I'll start setting up a squad of Thornton Warmachines and some ships to carry them into the fray. We'll need some time, though to get it organized." She begins to speak into her radio, stepping away from you.
