practice controlling fire, find a small piece of wood and form one hand into a metal receptacle for it, and use a lighter to light the wood on fire, then put down the lighter and form my other hand into a tube to attempt to take in the flame, then shoot the flame in the air. Before doing all this, have a container of water ready in case anything goes wrong

yes, but what I’m testing here is if the metal can block the flame from going somewhere, thus forcing it to go somewhere else. If all it ends up doing is heating up the metal, that’s fine
