Well, possible first case in South America. It's a 61-year-old man that lives in São Paulo, São Paulo (state) and was in Italy (Lombardy, specifically) earlier this month.

First test was a positive, but another will be done to be sure. Meanwhile, he's isolated in his home, since the symptoms are quite mild at the moment.
