The interesting thing here is that the emperor's missions really do give players a decent advantage if they can complete them, and this can help overcome weakness of position. Troys has completed three missions I think, and along with good tactics that's helped solidify them over their neighbours.

Also, signups are open for another warring-states game like this, but set in Britain.
