I have a question if we can build another building where one currently is. Rather than taking up space and being unable to expand.

Reasoning: We only have 25 pop from the first residential, all working in the industrial. Unless we want to split the pop between two other workplaces and have them operate at a lower effectiveness, we need more residential
Agreed

I am sorry you had to ask that, my fault for only implying that in the visual info. Yup. Four per zone.

I'm not voting against, but I've decided not to vote in favor either; instead I'll attempt to provoke discussion. We might want to work on some designs before we build a whole lot more. I think I understand what I mistook about the stats earlier, and they leave a lot of room for improvements.

Example: I'm pretty sure a second small residential building is nearly zero net gain, because our total limit increase would be 0.4 and production would be 0.2 — both of these "rounded up" to +1, same as now. What we get is 25 more workers, but every place where they could work is subject to the same math. Even if we filled both tiles, our situation has mostly stagnated. The only stat that improves is Power Grid.

----------

Question: are we allowed to mix building types on a tile?

The build phase can be used for designs or revisions instead.

No game time has passed, from the last report.

You decide to build a small residential building in RZE5.

Early Spring, 11 AV

Hello Mayor, thanks to more staff, we can now build and design independently at the same time. Terraforming will now be a build action, and can be done year round. Free buildings like the Park will require there is 1 economy present, however. Recycling processing is now active all year, however some changes to production have been made for safety and sustainability meaning the revenue will be smaller. At the end of the year we will be looking over pilot applications...

Construction is complete. There are no design projects active. You can vote to skip to the end of the year.

IT IS NOW THE BUILD PHASE.

Drill F4's Mountain. This should open a place for E4 to be used? Unless we can drill from a filled space?
