Why do people think yelling will help? No cards gain stats due to audio from their player, so making audio is unnecessary and deletes concentration on strategy

I think its funny, but if you want to play as captain boring that never says anything go ahead, I'll just be in the background +1ing all the yelling.

Usually when the rules are unclear, you go by the literal card text. In this card, since the Serpent Dragon is in play because of a challenge and no stars were expended, it would probably NOT be usable for powering up your card...
