This is what I got by typing "World War Three" both in the story context and starting prompt:

Much less active than I used to be on these forums, but I still visit them on occasion. Will probably resume my activity in full once Dwarf Fortress will be released on Steam.

Yeesh, the AI really gets stubborn sometimes. So I was playing a custom fantasy prompt adventure (set it up so my character was accompanied by a party of adventurers) and the AI generated a pretty interesting adventure in which the party explored the 'Forest of Spirits' in search of the legendary city of Kishak, along the way encountering many strange mystical phenomenon.

After a few more prompts, the story gets to the point where it makes sense for my character to step inside the cave and explore, but I wound up getting hit with the whole 'you randomly fall unconscious, wake up in a completely different place and expunge the plot' crap AI Dungeon loves to pull. So I /revert and try to enter the cave again... same thing happens. I try again and get the same result. It would be nice if some work were put into getting the AI to understand when to stay on a plot.

On a side note, for another adventure I searched the community's custom prompts for 'mech' and found one that looked like it'd be fun.

I think my favorite one so far was in some random fantasy scenario and it opened with some guy who had the same name as me, greeting me... which inspired a 'No, I'm Spartacus.' routine, where I somehow managed to convince the AI that every single person in the world, myself included, was named Spartacus, despite the original prompt naming me (and the guy I met) as something like Wylfrenn.

Mine only tends to fall unconscious in mostly reasonable cases... maybe it's a process limitation thing once it builds up too much cruft or something?

Looks like every fantasy stories takes place in the "kingdom of Larion" , maybe they could improve that kind of name generator.

Anyways, what if Urist left Dwarf Fortress and got involved in AI Dungeon2.

Since I used the app, I cannot simply copy and paste, so what I did was take screenshots and place them in order on Imgur. While it doesn’t look ended, I stopped because towards the end, I realized Jreg was stuck in eternal communication

Er, it kinda' gets a bit dark after this, forcing test subjects to nod while applying electric shocks, resulting in mindless super soldiers... >.>
The AI was happy to suggest raiding an orphanage for more test subjects though:

Alas, after more experiments the orphans wound up with radiation poisoning and nodding vigorously did nothing to cure them.

This thing is still available and still generates nonsense. And i still have creativity of a brick.

TLDR: Got trapped in a world of teleporting freakcultists, which turned out to be a videogame, got out by killing myself (after many failed attempts), broke the laptop it was running on and ascended to golden heaven by turning mysefl into a statue. BAD END!

Is it a burn if it is deliverd by bot?

EDIT: It was almost coherent for a moment.

I made a story on the app, and it says it’s published, but due to it being on the app, I can’t just copy it. I’ll have to do screenshots like before. I’ll add them when I’m done

Actually managed to have a pretty long adventure before the AI gave up on keeping any semblance of a plot. Had a pretty interesting plot too, though it wound up all over the place.

Starting with the detective in Chicago start, my detective wound up being shot pretty early on. However, he didn't die but instead woke up in a strange world...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Grace turned out to be an illustrator who painted everything in her house in vivid colors. But I found her a bit suspicious...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
After interrogating Grace, my character held her at gunpoint and ordered her to lead him to his mother who was staying as a guest at her house. He then proceeded to interrogate his mother, learning that she had come to that painting world from another painting world and that it was possible to move between painting worlds through other peoples' dreams. The detective then tried to dream of Chicago, only to wind up in another strange and much more dangerous painting...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The detective woke up strapped to a table, about to be tortured by three men calling themselves the "Men in Black". The detective escaped from that situation by entering the dreams of one of the MiB, emerging in an empty room with a phone. The detective picked it up to hear the voice of someone he knew, so he asked her to send some cops to pick him up, but then the MiB guy attacked. The detective killed the MiB guy, and wandered down the street...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
After escaping the mannequins, the detective called again for help and finally some officers with halberds showed up to escort him to the precinct. I then decided that the detective should go to the Museum that Oren had mentioned, since in this painting world it hadn't been established that it was in the sky. There he got some assistance from one of the workers:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Of course then the detective was ambushed by a guy with a whip. After fending off the assailant the detective found a hidden room with a strange machine. After unplugging the machine, the detective left the room only to encounter Oren again!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Oren fled with the detective in pursuit, but then suddenly a spaceship appeared and attacked with a coolant spray. The detective managed to disable it with his handgun, then proceeded through the airlock Oren had fled through. On the other side the detective found himself aboard a space station. While exploring the station, he acquired a key card, crew ID card, and a datapad. He also discovered that the space station had been abducting many people (though detective's mother had gone missing according to the datapad). He eventually tracked down Oren, the madman was involved in a strange ritual...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The detective went to the factory and there he met a cyborg zombie named Zee.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The detective and Zee eventually found the station's control room.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Apparently the AI didn't want to elaborate on the Stephen Hawkings story.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The detective contacted Zee and they both agreed to warn the government about Oren's mad experiments.
