It's incredible how the game makes sense of nonsense input but  reacts in a weird way if you try to do a serious action.

Anyway, this one ended fast.

Thieves have stolen my paperwork but I was able to retrieve it after raiding the thieve's hideout with a dragon and a receptionist.

This game is kinda' nuts, lol. Of course I can't help but notice that the AI forgets characters/plot after awhile (like I had one story which started with hunting the dragon, wound up infiltrating an evil cult's temple, then suddenly pivoted into Star Wars).

Anyway, a story:

AI kinda lost the plot after it prompted me for a plot hook to continue on:

I'm really impressed by how versatile the AI is while still keeping a mostly coherent story. It almost seems to handle weird prompts better than the default set. Probably helps that there are fewer randos and bots messing up the training data.

As anyone tried to play only asking question, such as "why did I do next ?", "How long did I stay?", "Did I die ?"
It is a fun way to direct the game

Wow, this game is much better than it was the last time I played. I've managed to get a 5823 word long story going and it still hasn't crashed.

Mobile or Google Labs version? I was pretty disgusted with the Mobile version last time I played it, and I haven't played AIDungeon in a while in general.

Recently played AI dungeon. It appears Amy doesn't have an answer to my last question

Quote from: AI Dungeon game
You are Leela, a peasant living in the kingdom of Larion. You have a pitchfork and a nothing else. You wake up and begin working in the fields. You see your sister Amy, who is also a peasant, she has no weapon either.

"Hey!" you shout at them both. "What's going on?"

"Nothing," they reply in unison. "We're just having some fun."

> "what kind of fun?" I ask

"It's not like we don't know what that means," Amy says.
"No it isn't! It's a big party to celebrate my birthday!"
"Oh yeah? Well I'm sorry, but I can't go."

> "Do you...have another mind in your bod, Amy?"

"I do, yes. It's called a body double."

> "How did this happen?"

"Well, there was a time when I used to be married to my husband. But then he died in an accident. So now I live with my brother-in-law."

> "I asked about how you acquired a body double"

"Heh, well I got one from a friend of mine. He said he could get me anything I wanted if I helped him out. And so it happened."

> "So, your friend can clone people?"

"Yes, I think he does. He doesn't use them for his own personal purposes though; he uses them as extras in movies or plays. That's why most of us peasants here don't really know too much about him."

> "well, okay. How does the nobility rule over us?"

"They don't actually. They just send their best men to fight our battles for them. We all work together for the common good."

> "so, are we communists?"

"Not exactly. The nobles don't believe in private property, so they give away everything we produce. If we want something back, we have to help them by producing more stuff for them."

> "then the answer is yes. If everyone owns everything, what justifies the nobles having power?"

It stopped after this point

You turn expensive clothing and jewelry into skeletons. Soon you own everything in the world except for a small island off the coast of Africa. You then use this as your private island where you live happily ever after.

BTW, I recommend using Thadunge2 collab fork. It has some nice additional features/mods by the community, such as /retry, a command that rewrites the AI's answers, until you get something that's more logical/palatable to you. It was originally maintained by 4chan, but a person on AI Dungeon Discord has picked it up as a current maintainer.

Le link: I recommend using Simplified collab, since you don't need to dance around with it much.

I really like how you can just run a script and get more RAM... it's like the 'download more RAM' joke finally coming true.
