Revision: Wyvern Saddle Improvements.
The simple fact of the matter is that our Wyvern Riders cannot be properly improved until we deal with the issue of their saddles. After all, we can't exactly pinpoint where the riders own flaws are until they're actually capable of reliably managing to ride. The main issue of this saddle is comfort. Both for the Rider, and for the Wyvern itself. Straps altered so that they can be adjusted to not dig into the Wyverns sides, any awkward protrusions dealt with, a more proper sitting position, the works. Additionally, the saddle comes with a harness, which the rider can connect in order to minimize the risk of falling off the Wyvern, even if it was to completely flip over in mid air.

From here, this will let us find and root out flaws in our actual riders, as they will now be able to actually ride.

Defenders of the Innocent

Crime, corruption banditry. There are many things that go wrong in the world today, and it is our duty to help them. Small groups of Elite Cultists (Monks of Minos, Sunbow Skirmishers) scour the cities and the countryside, defending the innocent, capturing evildoers, and move out again before the long arm of the realm arrives to ask question. This tactic has 2 goals :
1. Create a positive myth around our cult throughout the country
2. Damage enemy operations when the opportunity presents itself

Our weaponry has brought us many victories, but it can aid our allies as well. By scaling up production and using the proceeds of weapon sales to import new weaponry, we ensure that a stable supply of high quality weaponry can be sent towards our allies.

Enchantment Workshops - Trade with the Allies

As we further explore enchanted equipment, our allies have shown an interest in our developments. We have yet to properly prove to them the ways in which we can aid their causes and, thankfully, this gives us an easy and efficient means to do so. The Enchantment Workshops are dedicated to more industrialized production of enchanted equipment with which we can supply our allies, particularly the Hawks. A wing is added to the Military Workshops area of our headquarters, and the enchanters in this space are provided with first pick of materials to work with.

This should hopefully increase our production to a degree that we can comfortably send some of our enchanted gear to our allies without cutting into our own armies; once it does so, we will set up trade caravans with the Hawks to offer Sunbows and spares of any future suitable enchanted equipment to them, in order to prove our dedication to the cause of Good, and the advantages of aligning themselves with us.

Guarios the Speaker: Minotaur Champion

Once there was a time when the Minotaurs were led by their most fearsome and cunning warriors, seeking out battle to bring them glory and loot. Those days are behind them now, changing with the desire to be Good instead of the Evil of their creation.

For a time it was time there was only the Council, but it was found that there were times that a leader was needed, and that was the Speaker.

Skilled in debate, oratory, and philosophy, the Speaker Guarios was the one who lead the debate against the Angel Heliel. Now that Evil has grown even more dangerous, he has become convinced of its danger and the need to act.

While he lends his warriors for battle, his gifts lay on a different battlefield. He offers his services as an ambassador to the Angel, offering to go wherever she needs, for he will not sit quietly on his hands while his brothers and sisters spend their lives on the battlefield.

Guarios the Speaker is a Minotaur Influence Champion. While he does have combat skill befitting a Minotaur, his gifts lay in his skilled words, knowledge of Good, and a charming personality that catches one off guard if they judge him based on his appearance. He is slightly larger than the average Minotaur, and dressed in fine scarlet and gold robes.

Apostles of the Minotaurs
Once again, we find ourselves requesting the aid of the Monks of Minos in ways that they are probably quite happy to oblige. In this case, remembering the shocking and at times frustrating process of convincing the gentle giants to go to war for us, we have decided to make use of that rhetorical ability for our own purposes. The Apostles of the Minotaurs (trained, of course, by the Monks of Minos) are an alternative to the Chosen Apostles, who use a rhetorical style distinguished by usage of substance over flair; they have been taught to seek to understand who they are talking to, construct strong theses that are instinctively hard for those groups to deny, and then back these up with substantive arguments that return their conversational partners to this thesis again and again. While they perhaps won't wow the common man in the way that a Chosen Apostle might, they're much more effective in dealing with intelligent people for sustained periods of time -- and without relying on a magic spell to do so, they ought to better be able to reach the scholars of the Green University. They also ought to be helpful for the Peace faction of the Wartorn Wastes, helping with their negotiations, and, perhaps, with some of the nobles of Lesimor's capital.
