Flavor, you can invest either 1, 3, 6, 10, or 15 points.  Raising a territory to a new point level costs that point amount - so raising a 3 to a 4 costs 4 points, raising a 5 to a 6 costs 6 points, etc.

If you want a territory to give you 3 points per turn, it costs you 6 points.

7 points doesnt do anything.

Income from lands starts at 0 and can be improved on an individual land basis by paying new-land-income points. this can be done multiple times (for one land!) in one action. (so improving from 0 to 3 costs 6 points, but from 3 to 4 costs 4 points)

3 to 4 costing 4 points implies that raising from 6 to 7 costs 7 points.

I believe jericks point total to be inaccurate, please correct if wrong. Based on last turns 42 points, and his income of 16, the most he could have this turn with out raiding is 58.

However, he took 20 points of damage last turn (if I have done my math right) from the following sources
-9 From battle with dolosus
-7 From Looting
-4 From damage by Shadowclaw

Additionally, he lost one income, but I am unsure as to how income change works during a turn.

By my math, Jerick should have a total of 38 points this turn.

In the future it is forbidden to raid the same player twice on the same turn, as that allows one to bypass the "steal only half" rules intended for raids. Just attack them like a normal person.
