i just back to play again after so long around version 0.43, but now i cant appoint my modded noble after embark, and for some reason the civ stuck in the baron title the rest is empty as far as i generate after using the new update, so how to achieve it now using modding? i want to choose my monarch and the noble.

I'm not sure exactly what you are looking to do, but it looks like your nobles appoint each other and can't actually be appointed.  Try adding [APPOINTED_BY:EXPEDITION_LEADER] to whatever position you want appointed at embark.

thats the point, but even if i use appointed by exedition leader it not appear in the noble menu either, even after i tweak the land holder which i heard has become obsolete now.

Are you starting with an expedition leader? Do you have an errorlog?

It's possible that you can't appoint a [NUMBER:1] without a [SITE] but I'm not sure.

yes, and no error log either, and  except the [PRINCE] the others cannot be appointed, not even appear in the noble menu, including the [EMPEROR] which supposed to replace the [PRINCE] and it still stay/stuck as [PRINCE] despite the [EMPEROR] is still empty ([MAYOR] and [EXPEDITION_LEADER] is not appointed though and they work fine)

I have no idea, but I assume that you can't appoint a position without SITE, because the 1 spot is already taken. You can try removing the succession tags and the legends tags [DO_NOT_CULL] and [EXPORTED_IN_LEGENDS]. Then possibly there won't be (and never was) anyone in that position.
