The first Kaiju is due to make landing near the small city of Maizuru, on the north coast of Honshu. This one is known for having a similar laser eye system to the laser spider which attacked Bangladesh. It is also known to be a melee attacker, and had some kind of damaging aura around it. The overall strength rating is 15.
The second Kaiju is aiming further north, near the city of Hakodate, on the southern tip of Hokkaido. This one seems strong and fast, and has something akin to the kaiju dragonfire cannon, along with one new weapon. It also has what looks like a stronger version of the glass forcefields which were on the giant snake. Overall strength is 16.

It's a robotic wolf-creature with many sharp edges and an nasty spiked tail. It's designed to be remote controlled by a nearby infantry soldier, within a range of about half a kilometer or so.
You aren't sure if you should keep it as a remote operated vehicle, or to make it a fully automous robot killing machine. One thing you do know, is that while it's impressive for a dog-bot, it's still a dog-bot, hardly a monster.

Vampire dust isn't too difficult to acquire.. you can just generate it with your Evil Physics Accelerator. Right there at 107.4 kHz, with 22% Lunar Influence, 16% Tainted Blood, and 45% The Hunger. You don't have any Unholy Blight to make up the remaining 17%, but that should be close enough.
The net result is a brown, ashy powder, which you then infuse into the armour by mixing it with a significant amount of paint.
..it then starts growing dog fur. Huh. Did you get Werewolf Dust instead? Whoops. Well, it still was somewhat effective, due to the armour being infused with Unholy Might, but maybe a bit more work would be in order.

Things mostly go well, but the muscle doesn't quite work out the way you want it to. It seems to flex in place, and then freeze, forming some kind of extremely hard, yet flexable, armour. It's also vaguely piezoelectric, and is now causing the vehicle to get slightly charged just from the force of sitting on the floor. When hit by test fire, it explodes in a relatively non-dangerous but very flashy explosion of sparks.
When the situation settles down, it is covered in a translucent blue-black crystalline ice armour, along with being very cold to the touch. The humming of the latent energy is encouraging. And totally not dangerous.

There are some questions related to the exact nature of the propsed MRLS nukes, but what is decided on is a small sub-kiloton missile that would substitute for the ordinary payload. It would supercede any use of Valencite, or other payload modifications, but it'd be applicable to both a MRLS or a Combat Jet without any further modification. If you'd like to change the scope, such as going for a dedicated missile launcher that could be installed to a MRLS or Jet that has had its ordinary weapons removed, that would be possible as well. Preliminary estimate for the nuke payloads are five months and 100 per set.
Naturally, they'd be single-shot, but once installed replacement missiles for the next deployment should cost nothing.
As for other organizations, your team manages to find a league of intellectual pacifists who want to concentrate on communications, suggesting that this situation cannot be adequately resolved by force. They're called the Kaiju Peace League, and are currently not ready for future operations. In the past, they have lobbied with some success to get the overall funding level cut for organizations.

Construction and deconstruction go as normal, including laying the ground for a truly gigantic laboratoy, better resembling a hangar for inflated dirigibles. It's huuuuge, and just loaded with all kinds of equipment.. this is the lab that will research the thing that will beat the Kaiju, whatever that is.
The hairy pipette organ proves more productive than the last one. It's an extremely bizarre and potent biomechanical pump, using some truly bizarre alien fractal geometry and surface texturing conditions to produce a huge amount of flow pressure with just about the theoretical minimum amount of force. The losses are so low, you can pump practically anything through it, and it never builds up heat due to the seemingly non-existant friction.
Your team has two choices to make.
You can research a one-off engine out of this that will be extremely powerful for its size, and completed in only a single turn. Do indicate how large a unit you want the engine designed for.
You can finish dissecting it, and recieve a permanent bonus to the speed of all items manufactured at this base. Doing this research will cost 60, not 20, as special materials will be needed to extract everything out of the unique organ.
