Unknown to each other,
two three four Remnants manage to grow strong enoug and develop a conscience:
-
Elra, who takes the form of a lich, whose first action is to look interested around her.
-
Dr. Bob, who takes the form of a deer-head humanoid with a rather remarkable lab coat.
-
Scourge, who at first seems they will stop existing, but slowly, and with a lot of chaotic strategies, transforms itself into a cat made of yet to be stablished materials.
-
John5, who is the most generic human one has ever seen. In fact, he is so generic...that he...is undiscriptible
They all quickly settle in nearby worlds. Elra's unnamed planet is (d6=
[2]) oceanic, which means that it's surface is covered by deep and untamed waters. The bottom of the ocean is composed of sand. Elra is forced to float around the planet, without having anything solid to land. The winds are strong, with no land to slow them down, it's difficult to stay still
Meanwhile, Dr. Bob arrives at a nearby planet (d6=
5), and claims it. Sadly, he is unable to land, because the earth is scroched by fire and lava, and has to float while evading the volcanic eruptions, and other annoying stuff. The air is full of ashes and
toxic funny gases.
The cat just purrs and decides to follow it's chaotic nature landing on the second nearest planet (d6 =
1) It tries to land on his four legs, but the animal slips once he touches the glacial ice. Scourge's planet is glacial, with it being covered by hectares of frozen wasteland. The temperatures are below zero, but Scourge only sneezes. The night is the coldest moment of all, and mists and blizzards are the typical weather.
John trips with a corpse of a giant war elefant and tumbles towards a planet (d6=
4). After impacting towards the surface, he looaks around and sees he is several feet underground. Floating, the man looks around the planet, to find it's a rocky wasteland, full of ravines, earthquakes, and infinite caves. Everynow an then, an earthquake causes the collapse of a mountain, or a complicated system of caves, or creates a new ravine. You must wust be careful where you land, since even the simplest sound can cause the collapse of practically anything.
State your actions.
-A big ocean, with no land. The bottom of this ocean is covered with sand. With no land, winds are really strong, and are able to destabilize anyone who tries to float, even a Remnant.
-A volcanic world, full of eruptions and magma. The constant eruption generate many ashes and gases that cover the terrain.
-A frozen wasteland that covers all the surfaces. Ice mountains of incredible heights decorate the landscape, and mists and blizzard are the typical weather. But the night is when hell freezes over.
-A rocky planet, full of caves and earthquakes. Every now and then, rumble of a collapsing mountain or cave can be heard. The ground is (most of the time) solid enough to sustain weight, but it's also covered of point shards and boulders.
