1. For myself, teleport to a higher vantage point, that's semi concealed. I want to be able to see what's around me, without others being able to see me, as much as possible.

3.  Have Nobunaga watch my back for now. I'm assuming she's incorporeal. No need to have her activated just yet. If Nobunaga can gives me a heads up for any opponents behind me, that'd be great.

I do hope that you understand that you will need to actually find an enemy Warrior first. It won't be too difficult since Servants have some level of ability to sense each other, but you're not going to just look over somewhere, see an enemy, and then act.

Also Tuning and piloting Jonryoku both require your hands to do, so if you attempt to do them in that order you likely won't be able to manage much more than an Action or two's worth of paralysis that can be resisted.

Basically, treat it sorta like you're pretty much just off of summoning your Servants, you can have her go into spirit form with just a simple order(and talking is of course a free action... I mean, assuming you're not having a drawn out dialogue or argument with an NPC), but she isn't that way already.

And yeah, the Monkey can receive reasonably complex orders. They may be robo-monkey killing machines, but they're also meant to be bellhops.

(and for the record, this is just stuff that's known or easy to assume in-character knowledge, so it doesn't qualify as your advice.)

I write and post all the actions as one collective turn, namely so that I can figure out how some actions affect others(if they even do), with order of actions based on rolls. This way canonically fast characters get to actually be fast.

Just to make sure you know, it will take some time to make the workshop and the armor. Not much, just a one to three turns at the minimum(depending on what materials are found) for both, but the less time you spend the less effective its 'retaliation damage' effect will be.

Status: Angry and Bored- It doesn't take long for a savage, warlike race of violent psycho's to get very bored and very mad when isolated from all other animal life. As such, while the Cragmite is both intelligent and obedient, it's prone to fits of violent rage, and is hard to rein in from committing acts of violence.
