Divisions v1.1

There exist in-game organizations called "Divisions". Each Division is ruled over by a Global Director who may structure it as they see fit, within the rule set. Each Citizen must choose a Division to be a part of. Divisions are numbered in accordance with the GD who initially starts it.

Currently I think rules get added too fast. I was tempted to make it weekly. We already have if all support it auto passes. We just have 2 deadbeats in the house. Particularly our Kitty.

I barely can keep up.

We could decrease the player count to 4.. then increase it when desired. kill them. This would cause 5 rules to pass, immediately.

I mainly want to get Global Directors finalized, Citizens in, and Divisions in. Then we can get to work on incorporating more people into the game.

Alpha:
Alpha-1: All players must agree to changes in the game.
Alpha-2: Player limit of 6.
Alpha-3: After 48 hours all rules with at least one non-proposer yes vote are automatically accepted if unopposed.
Alpha-4: The OP must update the original post.
Alpha-5: Each player must create a character sheet. The character sheet must include name, appearance, goal, and alignment (allegiance or motivation for acting).
Alpha-6: Any new rule (this rule does not apply to rules Alpha-4 and Alpha-5) that requires the OP to do something requires the approval of the OP, and they hold the right to unilaterally repeal that rule at any time.
Alpha-7: There are two classes of rules: Alpha-class rules, which govern the Nomic; and Beta-class rules, which govern any in-game games. Each class is to be listed under a separate header. Rules are to be referred to in the format "Class-Number". Alpha-class rules overrule Beta-class rules.
Alpha-8: Disputes may be resolved with RTD gladiator battles. If the competitors are unable to agree on a referee, one will be selected randomly from a list of volunteers.
Alpha-9: If a player does not post to the thread for 72 hours, they can be killed and kicked from the game by any player. If there is an open player slot at any time, they may rejoin.
Alpha-10: If the OP is unavailable for 72 hours, the players may vote on a replacement OP and make a new thread. When this happens, the new OP must link to the previous thread in their OP and to the next thread in their last post in the old thread. The old OP is assumed to have left the game.
Alpha-11: Players may earn points in a manner determined by the rule set. The purpose of said points shall be determined by the rule set.

So we should talk about conditional support since that has come up a few times recently. My understanding is, if 48 hours passes, the rule fails unless all agree on the condition. In the case of "1.1" or updated versions, at 48 hours the "1.0" fails and any votes not for the newer one well those names are removed.

Does that sound about right?
