Centralis Venti, the City of Winds.

New on the streets is the Mage's Association is planning on settling their old territory. It looks to be a war of peace for now, so it should be a quiet year. Other than the rebels acting uppity.

Civ Actions
[Academics] introduction continues to be researched.[However many +]
Castle built in 33.


Hero Actions
Lararion Edractus continues Spellcrafting. Gratus Publiatus joins their efforts to his. Carcantus Deucalinos also joins in the Spellcrafting research with the other two.[All wizards are Spellcrafting together.]
Rellain Conlenyon joins Army 33.

This has been a good season for the Silver Tower and the City of Winds. And then there is this....

Also, why do I have an extra army in 33?

Can a Golem and an Army both be in the same Province? Can they attack enemy armies? Can they siege territory?

I expected this. It makes sense that they would never keep to any treaty. And with the unveiling of the Staff of Heavens, they see opportunity to snatch it. So much so that they would ignore the fall harvest.

We recommit to the Treaty between us in these times, Silver Tower, and urge you to reclaim the Staff of Heavens quickly.

As a side note, Have this Golem Spell.

Golem Spell transferred to the Silver Tower's mages. Feel free to use it to conquer the Treaty Breaker. You should be able to form one in any empty province you own, though it can only move the turn after. Place it carefully in your fighting.

Since you control 2 Nodes, you can form two, though keeping a Node open may be advised? Also, please keep 14 free of any potential movement, we kinda need that center open to retake our node from the rebels next spring, and would like to also claim the rest of our territory.

Note, don't trade it. Our mastery of magic is what defines us, and any such trades must be carefully weighed. Magic is Power. We eagerly await the completion of your Thaumaturgy research, and any new spells you may discover. The Staff could also definitely help too if we properly make use of it.


An example.

[ b ] City of Winds receives the Staff of Heavens from the Silver Tower, then uses it to strike at the army in [Province Number here]. The Staff of Heavens is returned to the Silver Tower. [/b]

Like that, with you confirming the action. That is if it doesn't have a limit to 1 use per season, but that would need to be confirmed by Haspen. As this combination is a single action, it's completely safe diplomatically..
