We, the grand magistrates of Irtis, would prefer those slanderous rumors of our intent to conquer the Western Sea's nations to come to a stop. After all, the greatest nations can only blossom in an era of peace and trust. From what we can all see, the only immediate threat to Fantasia's balance is the Order of the Holy Seljun's imperialistic expansion, which would bring our downfall were we to dispute our land among each other rather than unifying against an invasion.

To this end, we especially intend to build bonds of peerless trust with our immediate neighbors, Waolachia and Tugtupite. We truly believe in the power of a league to maintain order in our region of Fantasia for years to come.

This is where I would recruit armies if I had made better choices at nation creation :v

It might help if you had a thief. Or nations to form a treaty with.

The messenger is sent back with a call for knowledge. Seios bless, for asking something for nothing is fool's work.

Treaties are for peace and exchange, not war. And our current treaty gives the North to The Silver Tower.

i.e, have something to exchange before you ask for something so powerful. You do have a node to use it after all. It doesn't help you already have a max army limit of 4.

I am not going to go backstabbing my ally either, since I needed 14.

Oh! One other thing. Your max hero limit is already 6 to our 4. So you getting it for free is very much a losing proposition for everyone involved but you, especially when you can simply break the treaty when you have it.

We, the new grand magistrates of Irtis, would like to apologize for what our predecessors hastily said about the Order of the Holy Seljun. They must merely have jumped to conclusions when seeing the power of your armies, and tried to turn our population against you. Fortunately, they have lost the latest election as the populace was displeased with this behavior. While we are on this subject, we'd like to insist on the fact that they aren't blackmailing the new grand magistrates to run the Republic from the shadows, and any such accusation will be punished for wasting everyone's time.
