I would strongly recommend against that. This node is nearly dry and we'll need to move on. I suggest we finish mining this node and move on. Maybe to the data node. We can build a data shard next turn.

So my vote is BBA

Edit: Also right now we can only create Data and Collector shards. If we reformat the Builder or Mover shards we'll lose them until we can research them, something we may not have the data for.
