RN Freedom II vs SMS Explodable:
DC1 Main: 6+1+1+1-1-1-1 = 6 => 5, hit! Comproll: 3, DC3 Bridge Tower is hit for 2 Damage and is Destroyed!
DC2 Secondary: 1+1+1+1-1-1-1 = 1 < 5, miss!
DC4 Secondary: 4+1+1+1-1-1-1 = 4 < 5, miss!
DC5 Secondary: 2+1+1+1-1-1-1 = 2 < 5, miss!
UC1 Torpedo (3rd): 4+1+1+1-1-1-1 = 4 < 4, miss!
UC2 Torpedo (4th): 5+1+1+1-1-1-1 = 5 => 5, hit! Comproll: 1, UC3 Empty Compartment is hit for 3 Damage!

SMS Explodable had more luck than its companion ship, but the damage it suffered was quite heavy anyway, with bridge tower lost!

Ooof.

Fire Main and Tertiary at RN Freedom II. Perhaps I can get an ammo detonation and drag my killer down with me.

Wait, shouldn't there be some more penalties to hit? There should be a damaged bridge, Light target and diesel engine, which means most of those should miss.

Excellent. I believe I have now earned my ship's name---by virtue of doing basically nothing meaningful via main battery fire, but scoring multiple crippling torpedo hits and sinking my enemy with torpedoes. Now, all that's left to do is to sink ingloriously because of a crippling lack of protection, and I will truly be worthy of the Italian Navy.

Funny enough the first successful torpedo attack done by a surface vessel againt another war ship was accomplished by an Italian torpedo boat against an austrian battleship.
