Super-heavy Dreadnought, if the French team doesn't mind?

EDIT: ....aaand the Par Excellence gets a bump! Super-heavy Dreadnought: out-weighs, out-shoots, and out-tanks anything else on the ocean. Sitting at a solid 400 resources, this leave the MF's with 37 points left over. That is just enough for one very, very light ship.

Well, that lets me build a 400 point Dreadnought....which leaves 37 points: just enough for an Armored Cruiser with an extra Secondary Battery gun. Something like this:

Almost makes me wonder if we should just have a fleet of thirty-three 24-point Armored Cruisers - that's a combined health pool of 106 HP and an average damage per turn of 33, if everyone involved moves at Quarter Speed and has max range-finding. Compared to the MF's current team, which has a combined health pool of 93 HP and an average max damage per turn of 23 (of course, this isn't utilizing the 37 left over points and assumes the enemy is moving at Quarter speed and no one has taken damage; I have no doubt tertiary and secondaries will have a very prominent role in the combat ahead).

I am not sure how many torpedoes should be in a rack, I am leaning towards 5, but I don't know.
It probably needs to be adjusted to be balanced, but it might make for some exciting tactics.
