Quarter Speed.

Fire Main Battery mounts 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 at the HMS Indescipherable.

Begin repairs on Engine Room. (If I cant begin repairs and quarter speed at the same time, then just quarter speed).

Heh, I increased Damage Control but forgot to update rules for commands, but now it's fixed.

No multiple Damage Controls on the same turn.

Also, why are the main batteries at 1/1 already? I thought they can only fire once every 2 turns - which is why I held back MBC 2

In previous games, I took reload times from memory. With 8 ships, that won't work, so I need a differential between 'gun that shot last turn and will reload' and 'gun that shot just now and won't reload yet', hence 1/1.
