I'm impressed by the Katori Gunners' ability to hit non-armoured sections more than half the time.

RMS Frederik IV vs IJN Katori:

DC2 Main: 3+1+1 = 5 => 5, hit! Comproll: 6, DC6 Secondary hit for 2 Damage and is Destroyed!
DC4 Main: 3+1+1 = 5 => 5, hit! Comproll: 6, DC6 Secondary hit for 2 Damage!
DC1 Secondary: 4+1+1 = 6 => 6, hit! Comproll: 5, DC5 Secondary hit for 1 Damage!
DC5 Secondary: 3+1+1 = 5 => 5, hit! Comproll: 3, DC4 Bridge Tower hit for 1 Damage!

But it was all a ruse, for Frederik's gunners weren't incompetent at all! A hail of fiery lead rained upon the top decks of IJN Katori, blowing up one of the secondary batteries and dealing other kinds of damage nearby as well.

TURN 6:

DC1 Secondary on RMS Frederik IV has been repaired!

It seems that the crew of IJN Katori got a bit pissed about the onslaught, for they managed to blow off some parts of The Frederik as well!

The shell landed against the ammo magazine, but only blasted its armour away - the chamber itself was intact.

With both ships steering around and away, there was no chance any shell could hit either of them.

DC1 Secondary: 4+1-1+1-2 = 3 < 5, miss!
DC5 Secondary: 2+1-1+1-2 = 1 < 5, miss!

The main batteries of IJN Katori struck the enemy hard, but only resulted in more armour being blasted away. RMS King Frederik IV was left with little protection now!
