That seems like a reasonable spread.  It will take quite a while to make more light cruisers but they do need escorts.

It is going to be a while before we can make larger ships, maybe next turn we should start on a submersible or some other class of smaller ship.

Alternatively we could do more advanced steel making and armor techniques for a full design.

Is it just me or do we have some PP left over with that plan? We start with 50, the Serpents are five each and that has five of them so 50-25, and then ten Minnows and each is 2 points so 50-25-20=5.

That's enough for a sixth Serpent to be constructed.

Fleet plan looks good

Since I didn't like Happery's flag due to it's complexity and visual busyness I decided to try making a simpler more flag like version. I changed it so the sun was center, the waves were flat and the mountains were even sizes. There were suggestions to re-add the god rays and to put a green band across the mountains to signify our forests. I've included those as well but I'm not a fan of them. The god rays make the sun the most dominant element of the flag and five colours is way too much for a flag in my opinion.
