-get flight, mandibles and larger mouths
-put all new pop growth into soldiers
-build a bio-vat
-spend 300 biomatter and all the bodies into upgrading soldiers (prioritise upgrading level 2 and tier 1 soldiers)

You build a bio-vat to expand your iomatter storage. The bodies were used to upgrade 114 tier 1 soldiers into tier 2 soldiers. 105.5 biomatter used to upgrade all level 2 soldiers to level 3 soldier, 84.4 biomatter used to upgraded all level 1 soldier to level 2. The upgrades see a biomatter use from soldiers almost double. Your thinkers have discovered flight, allowing your soldiers to kill 1.5X more people before they are out of the fight and allows your scout to go twice as far when scouting. They also discover mandible, which allow your harvesters to gather 10% more biomatter and allows your soldiers to kill an extra person before they are out of the fight. They also discover larger mouths, which allows your soldiers to used 1d100(%) of the bodies they kill into tier upgrades. You allocate all the swarmlings into soldier this turn to prepare to push the locals out of their fort. Your harvesters inform you that the area they were at has no more biomatter, they automatically start collecting from the main swarm.

Pop: 14,242 total (28.7% soldiers, 19.7% harvesters, 8.4% breeders, 21.6% thinkers, 21.6% tinkers)
   4088 soldier: 16:lvl3/tier4; 38:lvl3/tier3; 221:lvl3/tier2; 569:lvl3/tier1; 844:lvl2/tier1; 2400:lvl1;tier1
   2800 harvesters(bringing in 280 286(Mandibles)+200(water extractors) biomass)
   1200 breeders(growing 2400 pop)
   3077 thinkers(getting 30.7 60.7(lab doubling)121.4(bigger brains doubling) UP)
   3077 tinkers(getting 30.7 BP)
Buildings: 3 Nests(14,242/30,000(soft max)), 3 Labs(3000/3000(hard max)), 2 Water Extractors(200/200), 1 Bio-Vat
Upgrades: Bigger Brains(double thinker output, smarter soldiers, more accurate estimates),  Flight(1.5X more kills, 2X scouting range), Mandibles(10% more biomatter, 1 extra kill), Larger Mouths(1d100(%) of the bodies they kill into tier upgrades)

Resources:
   Biomatter: 302.4(187.8 being eaten)(1300 soft max)

You had about 200 more soldier than I actually had showing. Also Tier 2 upgrades will be available once you finish swimming(baring any other upgrades you can think of before than).

You build another lab, gearing up for the next tier of upgrades. 300 biomatter was used to upgrade all the level 1 soldiers to level 2 and 600 of the tier 1 soldiers to tier 2. 3200 soldiers go to attack the fort, the largest push you have sent to date. The attack was a bloodbath, at a 0.7:1, 2148 of your own die and 2945 locals die. Bodies bringing back: 4300(2148 soldiers + 2152 locals). You allocate the swarmlings evenly between soldiers, tinkers, and thinkers. You contemplate a way to burrowing. You come up with burrowing, can dig unto the ground, all building caps doubled, unlocks a new building, soldiers kill 1.5X more people before being killed; 320 RP. Your thinkers have discovered swimming, can now go over small bodies of water.

The new upgrade is a tier 1 upgrade, any more new upgrades that you all can think of will be a tier 2 upgrade. Tier5 is the max tier for soldiers, for now.

Your soldiers wiped out the troops there, whether there will be reinforcements or not is another thing. I will let you know that the fort gets reinforced every time it is attacked.

You build 6 evolution chambers, to start gearing up. You spend all the bodies to tier up 480 tier1 soldiers to tier2 soldier. Than you use 400 biomass to level up most everyone except the level 4 soldiers and a few level 3 soldiers. All this to gear up for a big push. You than allocate 123 swarmling to thinker and tinkers and all the rest into soldiers. You send 1000 soldiers to scout the west, they fly over and discover . . . more ocean, oh and a village estimated at 326 pop. Your harvesters estimate 2 more turns of full exploitation at their current location.
