Downloading right now... I'm curious about how the map ended... The only thing I made was the north road with a couple of bridges... Never managed to get motivation enough for building a house.

My CDO tends to take over and create an awful lot of flatness/geometric profiles/Big Digs in such circumstances,, to make up for my lack of artistry. But because I liked the challenge I'd never use Creative Mode to do it.

Sad to see this server is going before I pluck up the energy to return to MC... Which was not going to be soon, if ever, but not for the lack of enjoyment when I last spent far too much time in the environment.

It's been down to 3-4 players for about a year. At this point, somebody could probably just host the world on their home computer if an active time could be agreed upon.

I had a plan to keep raising the water level each month. But switched servers once 1.17 got released. Wish I stuck to raising the water level outside the Inn on the way to Portsomething

I always had an idea of a slowly increasing world border with a group of friends, I think that would be cool set up

Bumber beat me to backing up the server by two days. Just in case, though, here's another one.

I'm finally going to be shutting down the server tonight, almost six months after I had initially planned on it. I hope everyone has had fun playing on it for the past few years, it's been awesome seeing all of the crazy stuff y'all have built.

Edit: And I found out that wild animals somehow managed to spawn in my farm. 3 cows and 1 Sheep outside their enclosures.

While exploring I found new terrain only 5k away, quite close and across the ocean from ports.

The server is going to be up until the end of the billing cycle, but the service has been cancelled. I'm not sure exactly what day it will end, but the save posted is the official final save.
