Check the west door for traps, and also try to identify the liquid.

Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

Grab the small anvil and go out the door when everyone else is ready.

Bullet, realizing she was probably the toughest person here, excepting maybe the Glitch, was more than willing to move up to the door, ready to take the first step through once the big guy was done.

(I realized I didn't actually specify that my Matter Manipulator had any upgrades, am I just stuck with a default one or can I retroactively specify a few?)

Tools are good. All dwarfs need tools. Diggy looks to his left, then to his right, then, when nobody's looking--

Grab the tools, stuff them in backpack.
...Wait to open the door until after the metal person is done with whatever he's doing over there.

The tools fit very neatly into your bag. You have enough room for four more objects. You take your position at the door.

Check the west door for traps, and also try to identify the liquid.

The door looks fine and without traps. The liquid appears to be liquid water. It's cold.

Grab the small anvil and go out the door when everyone else is ready.

You try to grab it, but you find that it's bolted to the workbench. Very securely bolted. You also take your position by the door.

((I'm gonna say that for the purpose of making this more fun, you'll have to get them over your adventures. I'll cap out the range at 15 feet for now.))

You Walk up to the door and wait for Theta 5 to finish checking the door for traps. On the clear, you open the door. On the other side is nothing but the rain and a small house. In the distance is Chernobyl. The other direction is Pripyat. There is a large fence stretching around the yard and links up with the shed's back wall.

"I don't know what you guys are doing but I'm going to Pripyat, because fuck going to the power plant I don't want to get radiation poisoning."
Start my long walk to Pripyat.

"Well, Ah s'pose we ain't got any better instructions than 'caverns nearby', I guess the closest town's at least a good place to start lookin' from."

Move along towards Pripyat, blink dashing intermittently.

Diggy trundles along behind with some reluctance, clutching his pick tight. "Ghosts is bad. Ghosts rip your arms and legs off and stop your heart and freeze your face."

Diggy, being the first to ask, asks "Which way?"
The Zebra, demonstrating some previous knowledge of the Chernobyl incident and the resultant fallout of long lived fission products making the area highly radioactive, (as well as a good grasp on the Geography of the Ukraine) says, "I don't know what you guys are doing but I'm going to Pripyat, because fuck going to the power plant I don't want to get radiation poisoning."
The Warforged, not knowing where the hell this is in the first place asks, "What is Pripyat?"
"It's a ghost town," Blarg responds in a both stoic and slightly ominous tone.
"Well, Ah s'pose we ain't got any better instructions than 'caverns nearby', I guess the closest town's at least a good place to start lookin' from."
Diggy, being his dumb, yet endearingly so, self says, "Ghosts is bad. Ghosts rip your arms and legs off and stop your heart and freeze your face
The zebra starts walking to Pripyat. The rest follow, with the Zebra leading the more... substantial and reluctant of the three, with the Novakid intermittently blink dashing ahead in an excited manner.
The Warforged thinks to himself, I guess we're going to Pripyat.

Along the road to Pripyat, there's a small clearing full of large black figures silently gathered around a shipping container turned onto the small end. On one side of the clearing, there's a small shed, similar to the one you just left. On the other, there's thick woods. The woods are marred by a single break in the trees that goes as far as you can see. There's a small humanoid tied to the container.

Diggy pulls his dynamite cannon and points it at the clearing, staggering a little under its weight-- it's almost as big as he is!

"Is you ghosts?!"
