Under the [II - Mortal Plane, Astral Planes, Corrupted Planes, and Cycles] section

You can only create freely create things in the Mortal Plane, and in Astral Planes you control. You can freely create in a non-controlled Astral Plane only if you are located in it.

Corrupted Domains:
Planes of pure Corrupted Origin. They can't form naturally, and appear when another Plane gets corrupted.
Corrupted entities up to Tier 4 can't persist in them.
Non Corrupted entities up to Tier 2+ can't persist in a Corrupted Domain without disappearing.

Effects:
+Generate Lesser Essences, and rarely Essences
+Bonus/Malus to combat for aligned/non-aligned entities

What location do I start in? Would a new plane of Music be created? Do I start in an existing corrupt plane? I need to know where my plane connects to others so my actions can be done accordingly

I am aware this is the OOC thread, but I want to ensure which action is valid before placing into the IC thread. I also need to know where my plane is in relation to others before I do actions, and what Music is aligned and opposed to. Do I wait for the turn to finish before I act? Since I am new? Or are actions allowed now?
