Meanwhile, Sir Blobbington seems to be a blob on a mission, entering a doorway into an old building looking like any other Blobbonian building.

The moment Yliss and Keith arrive at the doorway, however, the doorway immediately fills with blobs, all staring at the pair expectantly.

"Woah. That's a lot of blobs."

Keith raised a hand and tentatively pet one.

"Y'all doing good?"

The chosen blob, like all blobs, is soft and slightly, comfortably warm to the touch.

However, they do not budge.

"Those blobs have already ascended beyond stack..."

"...for they have achieved more - THE PILE!"

Momotarou almost went and lied down in the pile... but he managed to remember why is he here.

"Umm... Sir Blobbington, are you there?"

"... I want to throw myself at the pile and get smothered..."

Yliss reaches out both hands and starts gliding them gently and slowly over multiple blobbos.

"So cute and adorable. I wish we could spend more time with you, but we also can't let Sir Blobbington let out of sight..."

After a few more seconds of caressing the pile, she got an idea.

"After all... we wanted to bring him to a giant feast that's getting prepared further down the street."

She pointed in the direction of a random long-enough looking street while continuing to pat with the other hand.

The blobs collectively inhale, sniffing the air in the direction Yliss pointed out.

They stare back at her.
"wao, is bullshit"

"Points for effort, I guess. I got nothing."

This situation made Momotarou revert to a mindset of a dumb middle-schooler for a bit.

"Gosh dang, BOIIIII.You got REKT. RIP IN PEPPERONI!"

"(cough) Could be worse... could've go full JoJo, and tell you are lying by licking."

With the speed expected from a promoted Myrmidon, her fist flew straight into Momo's face, centered on his nose, with barely-noticeable restraint in pulling her punches.

"I've 1v3'd punks like you for breakfast in LoL. The next time you say that shit, I'll aim about 80 centimeter lower."

"OW!" - Momotarou recoiled, and, after making sure the nose isn't broken, replied.

"LoL? And I was thinking you were a pro Fortnite gamer." - he immediately prepared to evade any under-the-belt blows after that.

Yliss turned around and looked back at the pile of blobbos before them, pondering about how to deal with that obstacle while completely ignoring Momotarou.

I went too far...?

"This silence hurts with the pain of thousand daggers..."

"Was fooling around too much, again... I wonder if Sir Blobbington is actually anywhere near the... surface or is he further inside. One idea to break up this pile would be to get them a tempting pile of food, but is that feasible?"

"All right, I'm going in. Sorry little dudes, but we gotta keep an eye on Sir Blobbington. You guys get it, right?"

And with that he carefully started trying to push past the wall, sliding his foot forward instead of lifting it so he wouldn't accidentally step on one.

Glancing into the pile of seemingly undifferentiated blobs, and being the relative newcomer that she is, Dani simply asks.
: "Do you really have to go through all that trouble to fetch him? I'm sure it won't be long until he comes waoing back to us."
