Yes, I believe you can do this on a per creature basis. Check out the creature_standard.txt and look for "pinch". If I have time tonight I'll take a poke at it myself.

Edit: Oops, sorry was looking at the language. As an action, this is a different matter.

It was done with Failcannon, the name translates to Ungègugath in Dwarven. Failcannon was made in the same world as Battlefield; I think they just changed "belch" to "cannon" and maybe switched the sphere the word was associated with, but overall that should do it.

Specifically you're looking for changing a word in language_words.txt. Do it as follows:

Alternatively, you can mod in a new word entirely, so you'd have to create a translation for human, goblin, elven, dwarven, and also associate the world with a symbol (if you wish).

I'm pretty sure you can't change the name of wrestling attacks, sorry. Regular attacks can be renamed, however.
