Provide a short phrase. The next person comes up with an explanation for what it is. Bonus points for effort.

A phrase used to notify someone that you are revoking their permission to abscond with your door. Also used when your housemate gets into a drunken fight with your door and you are trying to get him to come to his senses because he is clearly no match for the door.

"I'm not interested in Mathematronics, I just want to know why my giraffe is naked."
(hope this phrase isn't too long)

A quip denoting your interest in the exact reason why your (the narrator's) giraffe has shed its coating, likely due to shenanigans with a razor/electric razor or a shedding of clothing put on in the past. This is in stark contrast to your utter disinterest in the prospect of using/thinking/looking at the machines/circuits that make math work.

The personal memo of an eccentric home-engineer, indicating the mechanical requirements of his latest project, a flying motorcycle/speedboat. The onboard generator has broken down, and so he intends to drive wooden shims into various moving parts to temporarily stop their workings, and set the alarm bell on the dashboard to go off at any sign of machine operation-- should the speedboatcycle try to power up while the engineer works inside, the results would be... messy.

On the nearby planet of Schlorbli 9, the Schlorblians use dolphin extractors to maintain the dolphin-octopus balance ratio within the Worldhydra's seablood system. One particularly young and inexperienced Schlorblian has foolishly asked the question of whether a dolphin extractor is an octopus extractor. Due to the highly controversial, not to mention foolhardy notion of octopus extraction, such an absurd question is expectedly met with disorientation and puzzlement from a nearby elder.

This is a subconscious tendency to assume that less birds than are actually required, will cause a branch to brake. However due to their light bones most avians weigh much less than their volume would seem to indicate.

Either the young canine makes people little, but spelled and said Wittle to make it sound adorable, or it makes Whittling devices such as knives, but the dog, being a dog, has no grasp on the intricacies of the english language and has misspelled it. Either way it is adorable.

In a land many lightyears and many centuries from here, men do battle with strange and arcane machinery. The behemoth rampages, and only the bite of a plasma-field bayonet will stop it.

All of the reasoning and logic humans use to explain their actions ultimately come down to people finding new ways to justify the fulfillment of their urges. The bean burrito, a messy and highly filling food, signifies the ultimate in base and earthly satisfaction.

A monkey-themed meme of the future, featuring a monkey looking directly at the audience with a mesmerized expression, the bolded text below written "Are we the monkey or are we the meme?" This philosophically evocative icon of times to come highlights the observation that memes seem to be an imitation of existing phenomenon, investigating the ever-evolving relationship between the meme world and reality.

A failed marketing campaign with clues hidden in Doritos bags to find GPS coordinates somewhere in Alaska to a new flavor of the chips.  Several dozen fans died of exposure as the chip stash was buried in the wrong place.  To this day some poor souls still search for the Dorito Alaska treasure.

It is a reference to a conspiracy theory that says that the government hides a stash of canned beans in bunkers behind every waterfall in the country, these beans are apparently for when the martians come to take over the Earth and they shall use the beans to power their death rays.

The potato. It may not look like much, but this unique crop is brimming with condensed energy! It stores well, survives flood and drought, and remains hidden from herbivores. In the Garden of Eden, mankind's diet consisted solely of potatoes. This is because they are a holy tuber infused with God's divine energy. Yes, eating potatoes brings us closer to God, and it was only when Adam and Eve got sick of eating potatoes every day that they got tempted by the forbidden fruit. This is why God created other edibles, so that we may better appreciate the uniqueness that is the potato. Mashed, deep fried, boiled or even raw - the potato is truly a gift from God.

The Dunning-Kruger effect.
