So you said that you would start a community fort dedicated to catching these beasties. If we submit a megabeast, can we still take a dwarf in the fort?

EDIT: the coyote idea dawned on me because I was reading an article about them being reintroduced into my area. Still can't fathom how you REintroduce something when it was never there before.

Well I was going to do something similar to greiger in the thought of have a swordsman person, but since he's going to do that already, I'll have to mess around and create a custom creature of my own. But I can't think of a good one! Oh well this looks interesting anyway

I wouldn't mind having another swordsman around.  Heck my character isn't human (or dwarf, or elf), plenty of room for differences in my opinion.

By the default values, it seems that dragons are a common template(I used it, but changed values and such)

Heres my prototype, it deefinately needs changes, but its a start.

0 to 3 damage? The other megabeasts will wipe the floor with you! I've got the same body as the dragon because it just so happens that monstrous wolves are quadrupeds with tails too.

I'm not that familiar with modding, but i think that all the players should set their creatures to the same biome, so they show up in the same area.</STRONG>

I Fenrir captures random creatures then edits thier raw files then he can get the creatures very quickly. Example. Capture a deer, save, quit, edit the raws so the deer is identical to the Torak, save, start dwarf fortress, profit.

Just put a wall over the entrance to ensure that the half dozen deer(now Toraks) don't invade your hapless fort.

I'll put one up soon.

I'm bigger than you. The wiki says that giants have a size of 16, so that's what I used.

hmmm... well maybe I'll bump it to 12.  I noticed most people were around the 8-10 range though.

Oh, yeah, they are. Am I too monstrous? Maybe I should make myself a bit slower or weaken my attack some.

Not really a modder, the one mod I made for the old version was just a few minor changes to something else. What I want is a small but REALLY fast creature, Called a Parade King, with it's main attack being "existence disproving."
