Well IT would be nice to be able to Order companions in adventure Mode.
Id Like to See ordering to spread rumours. Poems and forms

That's what the party system is for.
Check the Dev notes on this feature for the next release.
You'll have enough range of commands (and direct control when you want it) to indulge in all the behaviour villains will get to do.
