Also, how does that "Gather the Dead" work for using a player's Black as a weapon against them?

You gain the black they would. Also you would need another action to do anything else, which will be possible after turn 10.

I tried to play chess but two of my opponents were playing competitive checkers as a third person walked in with Game of Thrones in hand confused cause they thought this was the book club.

Sorry all I have been sick the last few days and more than likely screwed up on the counts for the update. If you all could check them and post correct numbers in your action posts.
Still sick, so next update will be postponed for a couple days.

I realized that this system requires too much maintenance, so unless you all don't mind a drop in somethings I can get the update out by tomorrow. Otherwise I think I am going to drop this.

Because they are require a lot of maintenance and burnout the GM faster than other types. Tho if someone was willing to help me I would not have to do any drops.
I do have another game idea that I was working on if/when this died. If you remember my clan game it is a rework on that.

Have you considered putting all the values in a spreadsheet (I'm sorry if this is too obvious?) The way values transform into each other should lend itself to at least some computer-assistance. Of course if the rates of transformation start getting altered (as TriMagic wants) that might additionally limit the usefulness of such an approach.
