Why do I get the urge to make us Run to the meeting point in the hills at a speed where the APC can just Barely keep up?
That would be quite interesting, if we just go to the meeting point the rebels might subjugate or try to control us, but if we let them fight with who ever is in the apc we might be able to savenge stuff from there and flee.

You turn and towards the meeting point, the APC's engine roars in to live as it follows your path.
The trees and bushes are a dark green blur in night.
Setting the pace you keep the APC following you at a distance.

The meeting site is clear for you to see, at the foot of a sheer crevasse, you can see a small natural cave with soot marks on the ceiling.

There's no signs of anyone in the cave but you can see figures hiding in the bushes above the cliffs.

You wait for a minute and let the APC catch up.
It's steel bulk rumbles out from the under growth, flood lights shineing.

From the cliff top comet he crimson fire trail of a rocket, it slams in the APC's front with a thunder clap.
The machine gun barks backs as the crew spill out from the wounded beast.

You lie still under bush as the gun battle rages on, bullets cracking over head mix with the thump of hand grenades.
Then a quiet stillness distends , only the odd yelp of pain and sounds of slow movement in the undergrowth, tell you of the fights survivors.

Emerging from your hiding place, in the glow of the burning APC you quicky scavenge what you can in to a pile and consider your next move

Grab the magnum, one of the double barreled shotguns, one of the assault rifles, one of the bolt action rifles, and all of the grenades, then see what the machine gun belts go to and go back for the PKM we dropped earlier and the pistol if we dropped it.

I know we dropped the PKM earlier but what happened to the pistol and the grenades we had?

(Your pistol and the grenades where drop with the machine gun. )
You collect a choice pick of the small arms, one shiny 44 magnum in your belt, a barely used AK 74.
The rest is not so good, the bolt actions have all seen long hard service, a mix of battered Lee–enfields, Karabiner 98ks its the scarpings of Interarms reject pile, by comparison the double barreled 12 gauge shotgun looks good not haveing seen both world wars.
The ammo belts are metal maxim gun ones, the same as you PKM uses.

You slowly follow your steps back, clinking from ammo belts and grenades as you reclaim your PKM from the mine field.

The first rays of sunlight are starting to brake thru the clouds above and you wounder what are you going to do now?

1:Head back to the cave and wait for the rebels
2:Walk back to the army base and report of the next assignment?
3:Head in to town?

The lights flash, as the lasers cut there arcs thru the fog and you awaken.

Your movements are programed and stiff, you tear open the plastic sack and stand up as the strobe lasers flash the bands name behind you.

The keyboards start and you begin to move, letting your body do what it's programed to do, dance badly.
Finally the electronica ends an you shuffle of stage.
in the dressing room you get a chance to look at yourself in the minor.
Well you look humans, well a human deformed by someone's sexual desires, with your tiny 12 inch waist, oversized bust, and statue like legs.

At least your face is good, if a little disturbing and blank, the hair nicer long waist length even if it is optical fiber and a moveing rainbow of colors.

But your costume is a lot worse.
Skin tight black PVC boot-pants combo things, a silver bullet belt, a black leather corset top under that's 90% buckles with ruffles around the shoulders.
An asymmetrical pair of gloves, one finger-less of black leather, the other shoulder length of purple velvet.
The leather neck collar with pointless flashing lights somehow makes everything thing worse.

But your alone for a minute , the rest of the band is managing fluid levels.

1:Wait for the band to return.
2: Walk out the front door?
3: Out the lady's toilets?

For the original guy we should go into the cave and see if there's anything useful inside.

As for Unit B I say we wait for the band to come back.

For the original guy we should go into the cave and see if there's anything useful inside.

As for Unit B I say we wait for the band to come back.

The sun rises as you head back thru the forest and in to the cave.
There not much to the cave barely space to crawl on all fours, in to a cramped chamber where there space to lie but not stand.
In side is some bottled water, a few tins of food and camping stove, clearly this was meant to be a hide for some time.
So you wait, at some time around noon, you hear an army patrol wander past in the distance outside.
As night falls you finally hear a whisper.
"Pisst metal man, robot dude you in there?" it's Sasha you recall her voice.

Unit B.

You wait, sat still for the band to return.
It's not a long wait and you recognize the band members on sight.

Seraphina, lanky and thin build, shoulder-length wavy dark brown hair with brown eyes.
She wears a dolman jacket, made of tight red and black leather, with far too many buckles up the front.

The other two, Michael and Klaus have both gone for the mad scientist look with lab coats, googles and toxic waste gloves.
It suits there bald heads, Michael has a noticeable baled spot, where as Klaus is shaved.
You ignore most of what they talk about, picking up only a few comments about you.

Klaus complains about your eyes not performing the laser show and there's some muttering about dance moves being to fluid.
The rest is muttering about what to call you, the two names at the front of the running are "electro  queen" and "cyber princess"
but still after the support and main band are done, you load the up the bands equipment in to there van.
A short road trip later and your alone inside a lock up.
The door is locked but you've seen the key code.

"Yes, i want to join you.
I have a bone to pick with the government."

You crawl out of the cave, to talk face to face.
Sasha  smiles at you, her Chestnut hair coiled in a tight bun.
You can see that she not alone, there are five others, in drab camo with her.

"See i told you.
Now metal man, you have name yet?
No? it don't matter, you come with us there are somethings we need to check before you join us."

You follow then to a waiting car, where your hooded befor being driven to some where else.
When you next get a good look around your inside a barn, equipment is in neat piles of arms, ammo and food, you see bedding for maybe 12 people.

You don't get to look closer as your walks straight in a workshop full of computers, TVs mobiles and lump of the distinctive orange colored
semtex.

"This is him, the metal man ab your the electronics guy so you search him, make sure there not a bomb in him or something."
Sasha tells a grey haird an thin looking man.

He take more then two hours slowly looking over your body while Sasha's me stay, never takeing there fingers for the triggers.

"No he's not a bomb, so you can all relax now." the electrician tells them
"Just because he not a bomb doesn't mean we should trust him.
He's probably a spy." Ivan stares at you untrusting.

"You may be right or you might not be how do we tell?
We cant? so we have to take his word."  Sasha starts to speak in your defense.

"Wait, there's one thing he should do, away to prove that it's not a spy, beyond any doubt
Kill the Collar of bones." the electrician smiles

There's a murmur of agreement.

"Who is this man?" you ask.
"He is one of the governments more brutal "special operatives" a sick thug and a killer.
He's called the collar due to how he deals with suspected snipers and gunmen, take the first person he finds trigger finger for his neck lace in return.
any one, men woman children all have suffered from him." Sasha voice is low and tinged with sadness.

You look around the room, mostly it's full of stuff, a drum kit there, a stack of amps here and mess every where.

There's some scattered paper work, a few sketches of you in different outfits, some plans for shooting a music video.
You find a chest with some clothing, well there more stage outfits in it.

A straight jacket with tailing electric cables.
Two pairs of long gloves, a shiny black leather belt with decorative spikes.
Leather trousers with side lacing, a spiked body harness and a pair of riding boots.

Not what you where hopeing for , so you wait, until your next outing

It three long dull days until you next see the band for a rehearsal.

The only good news is that have some new material to play, well in your case vocalize.
Need less to say the words to electrical perfection are short and mostly nonsense thru a heavily distorted synth.
But your surprised when Michael says

"Just give her the music sheet, what part of self adaptive fuzzy tri-state logic programing did you miss Klaus?
She's meant to lean as she performs
-- he pushes a button on his phone to pass you the details---
And Enigma say thank you."
"Really Enigma? we can't call her that!" Seraphina cuts in.
"Seraphina's right that's a crap name, you said something about self fuzzy what ever, let her pick a name." Klaus echos her coment.

Michael's eyes roll, "fine, pick your self a name and we have to work on getting every thing ready for tonight."

Your barely have to pay attention,

You wait until have away tru the set, before you reveal your sentience to the audience by:

"I will terminate him." you reply.

"Good to hear that.
We have an idea of his movements and i think that's the best time to catch him, -pulls out a map- he based some where in this army base, there one main road, that splits at the junction here.

You could try attacking the base but you'll be outnumbered and have to acquire your means of exit."  the electrician points on a map.

"Wait, you could try and walk in,-Sasha holds out an army ID card- the bureaucracy is slow so this ID might get you past the front gate."

"Regardless i have transport for you."  the electrician smiles

The cars is old and rusted, he shows you how the spare wheel and door trims have been packed with Semtex.

"You'll have two charges, set this timer for the doors before the remote detonator will work for the wheel bomb.
And this trigger the ignition bomb so take care with that metal man." he passes you the keys and a mobile phone.

You push past the thin crowd by the bar and half fall out the doors.

After a minute of runing your sure that you have lost anyone following you.
