Crashing problems with being a werebeast

So my adventurer has become a werebeast and after some traveling transformed.

Now there's the problem that anytime I travel or have time passing on the world map from anything (writing poetry, waiting, sleeping) the game crashes. I'm assuming it's from the game not correctly handling my character transforming back into a dwarf during time passing.

So, now I'm forced to just manually walk everywhere and I've continued to be in werebeast form for several days. Exactly how long does the transformation last? Does it only end while traveling?

For clearification I'm running the game completely vanilla. No mods or utilities of any kind.

Current version, 44.12.

The crashing while traveling as a transformed werebeast didn't stop, but I found out you revert back to normal after about 4 days or so. It's going to make this adventurer very tedious if I have to just run around in circles for several in-game days whenever they transform.

Also, I thought transforming was suppose to regen lost body parts. My guy is still missing the same teeth.

Make a bug report on the DF bugtracker and upload the save, that is new to me.

I could make an adventurer and get them 5o be a werebeast to attempt to test this by replicating it, if you’d like.

That'd be pretty helpful if you don't mind, as it might narrow the possible causes down.

I can't knock down statures. I press u and then a to interact with the stature of Reg, but thats it, no other menu pops up. I retired and tried other adventurers but its the same. I'm probably going to have to find another temple to attempt to get the curse
